TextClean AI is a text cleaning service that removes invisible characters, AI watermarks, and other hidden elements from text content. The service offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload content containing malicious code or viruses
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

5. Subscription and Payments

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Credits System

The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when text is processed. Free users receive a limited number of credits, while Pro subscribers receive additional credits with their subscription.

7. API Usage

API access is available to Pro subscribers. API keys must be kept confidential. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of cleaned text
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

  • Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
